Simulator Training

The newly developed HESLO module enables (prospective) transport pilots to practice complex missions and emergency procedures realistically and risk-free.

Helicopter transports are carried out throughout the country. Whether it's supplying remote huts, transporting timber, assembling or transporting materials, the helicopter is an important means of transportation, especially for reaching remote isolated locations. All of this is done with maximum efficiency, precision and flying skills. Training to become a helicopter pilot is time-consuming and cost-intensive. We are now celebrating the debut of the first training module on the simulator, which enables realistic and cost-efficient underload training.

The ideal training unit for aspiring transport pilots.

Well-trained underload pilots are needed to enable safe and efficient transportation. The newly developed HESLO module on our Loft Dynamics simulator makes it possible to learn the basics of underload training with mirror and vertical reference techniques. Various leash lengths and loads are available. Using scenario-based training, pilot skills can be brought up to a professional level, enabling complex and demanding missions to be mastered first in the simulator and later in the real helicopter. Different loads with variable weights enable individual and realistic training. Emergency procedures can be practiced risk-free for the first time with loads attached.

Even experienced transport pilots can train.

The simulator is ideal for experiencing situations and conditions that cannot be practiced in a real helicopter. Emergency procedures, complications and challenging transport conditions can be trained safely and cost-effectively.
