The path to the commercial pilot license

How do I become a professional pilot? Here you will find a process that shows all the conditions that are necessary and useful for becoming a commercial pilot on a helicopter in Switzerland. How to become a helicopter pilot:

EXAMPLE OF A TRAINING COURSE FOR COMMERCIAL PILOTS

1.

PPL(H) training on Robinson R22
•  Theory exam across all subjects PPL
•  VFR Communication
•  English Language Proficiency exam (at least level 4)
•  Medical class 1
•  Practical training (min. 45 hours RTT)
•  Skill test

2. Type rating (TRS) on Robinson R44 - 5 hours
3. 50 hours charter on R22 or R44
4. 25 hours mountain rating MOU on R22 and R44 combined
5. 25 hours charter on R22 or R44
6. 15 hours Night flying NIT
(possible from 100 hours total time after PPL and 60 hours PIC)
7.

CPL(H) training on Robinson R66
•  Theory exam across all subjects level CPL or ATPL (VFR or IR)
•  Medical class 1
•  Practical training (min. 30 hours RTT)

During the 75 charter flight hours paying passengers can be taken on board.
